Chocolate Smoothie

Whip up a quick liquid meal in almost no time. Blend condensed and evaporated milk with cinnamon, nutmeg, ice and chocolate-flavored whey protein. Add a splash of Southern Comfort® liqueur and make it an adult-only dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops chocolate-flavored whey protein
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 tablespoons Southern Comfort® liqueur (optional)
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except cinnamon in blender on high until smooth, approximately 1–2 minutes.
