  • 2 scoops chocolate-flavored whey protein
  • 2 cups ice
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg


Whip up a quick liquid meal in almost no time. Blend condensed and evaporated milk with cinnamon, nutmeg, ice and chocolate-flavored whey protein.


  1. Mix all ingredients except cinnamon in blender on high until smooth, approximately 1–2 minutes.
  2. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon to garnish.
