  • 1 cup cubed fresh or drained canned pineapple
  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple-orange-juice concentrate
  • ½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 ice cubes, crushed


A touch of pineapple-orange juice concentrate adds even more pineapple flavor to this refreshing smoothie.
